People impacted by the recent fires in Los Angeles may be eligible for new food benefits. A family of four with a monthly income up to $3,529 per month may be eligible to receive a one-time food benefit of $975.

Greenland Housing Foundation's Fire Relief Fund focuses on assisting Black and Hispanic families displaced by the Eaton Fire.
Greenline has short, medium, and long-term plans for rebuilding homes, restoring neighborhoods, and helping folks remain in the community.
This non-profit organization currently assists with navigating the claim's process and working with lenders, as well as connecting those in need with resources.
Greenline's site indicates that they will help locate, secure, and pay for long-term temporary housing, covering the cost for up to one year or $40,000. Their aim is to provide this assistance to a minimum of 50 families, prioritizing locating housing in Altadena, Pasadena and surrounding communities.

Providing financial assistance for the countless service workers who will have their employment suspended indefinitely that need help—housekeepers, caregivers, gardeners and so many others with access to limited assistance. 100% of the donations to provide temporary financial support to pay rent, food and other necessities as they regain employment.

This fund provides immediate financial assistance to Los Angeles County residents who have been directly impacted by the 2025 Los Angeles County Eaton and Palisades fire and windstorm events.
Per the LA County website, the program bridges financial gaps and promotes the general welfare of affected households until insurance or government recovery resources become available.
Grant amounts are $6,000, $12,000, or $18,000 depending on household size and composition.
Application period is from February 26, 2025 to March 12, 2025 and can only be submitted online.

Offering zero-interest, zero-fee emergency loans of up to $15,000 for essential expenses, such as

Unique Households
Impacted workers frequently come from mixed legal status families, have multiple generations living in one household, and/or heavily rely on the income of multiple family members to meet basic needs. Any instability to household income puts these families at high risk of falling further into poverty.
